Your order could not be completed because the identity check failed. Please make sure that the identity data you entered matches the data stored with the payment service provider.

There may be two reasons for this:

1. There was a problem with the PayPal account provided, e.g. it is not your own PayPal account.
2. You have made a typing error in the form, e.g. you have not entered a double name correctly after a wedding.

Payments via PayPal are automatically refunded within three working days. When using other payment methods, your account has not been debited, so no refund is necessary. However, if your account has been debited, please contact our service team at service@itsmydata.de. We will be happy to help you!
