Ich habe den Internationalen BonitätsPass gekauft und musste dabei mehrere unnötige Hürden überwinden, die den Prozess extrem frustrierend gemacht haben.
Zahlung: Meine slowakische Bankkarte sowie mein Revolut-Konto wurden beide nicht akzeptiert. Ich musste extra einen PayPal-Account anlegen, nur um bezahlen zu können.
Registrierung: Ich habe mich zuerst registriert, aber dort ließ sich das Land nicht auf Österreich ändern. Dann habe ich versucht, den BonitätsPass ohne Anmeldung zu kaufen – es ließ mich aber nicht mit meiner E-Mail-Adresse fortfahren, ohne dass ich mich anmelde. Um den BonitätsPass überhaupt kaufen zu können, musste ich meinen Account erst komplett löschen und einen weiteren Tag warten, bis mir das System erlaubt hat, den Pass zu kaufen.
Preis-Leistung: 30 € für eine Dienstleistung, die technisch gesehen in zwei Sekunden erledigt ist, ist völlig überzogen und steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Aufwand. Leider gibt es derzeit keine wirkliche Alternative, weshalb man wohl oder übel zahlen muss.
Für eine Dienstleistung, die sich explizit an internationale Nutzer richtet, ist das schlichtweg nicht durchdacht. Der Pass selbst mag funktionieren, aber der Weg dorthin ist eine einzige Zumutung.
Klappt schnell, effizient und kostet keine 30€.

Bestellung des BonitätsPass war absolut unkompliziert und schnell. Alles war klar erklärt, sodass ich genau wusste, was zu tun ist. Der Pass ist innerhalb weniger Tage angekommen, genau wie angekündigt. Sehr praktisch, wenn man z. B. auf Wohnungssuche ist und schnell einen Bonitätsnachweis braucht. Der Kundenservice war ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit bei meinen Fragen. Rundum ein positives Erlebnis, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
